DVD .vob file to PPro CS3

I am trying to convert a NON-copy protected DVD into a form that I can edit in PPRo CS3. What I have done is to copy the .vob files to my hard drive... then change the suffix .vob to .mpg.... which works GREAT except for one thing.... I get NO audio from the footage, even though I kNOW it's there. So, If I don't need any audio from the DVD footage I'd be in fine shape. I KNOW that there's got to be a relatively easy and cheap way to deal with this. Anyone found a quick and easy way to do it?

Try running it through Mpegstreamclip (free) and ouput an audio type that Premiere likes, either video & audio or just audio.
