How to do Color Match in Premiere Pro CS3
I have been using Premiere Pro CS3 for a couple weeks now, and like it a lot.
However, on this one critical project, I have the first 20 minutes with an unusual color cast and the second 20 minutes are flawless, in terms of color. No settings or anything were changed. I just want to see if I can use the Color Match function to make them both match the better, 2nd half of he video. But I cannot find a manual out here on Premiere Pro CS3 that would explain how to do it. I bought a book on Premiere Pro 2, hoping that they would be the same here, but apparently not. When I select Image Control, a menu drops down and has color match in it. But how do I apply it? I know this may seem too simple, but my manual for P'Pro2 does not explain it well, and leads me to believe it ain't done the same way. Thanks in advance-- SW |

Just go to 'Help' within CS3 and type 'color match' in the search box .... it will provide you with a link to a helppage that has an explanation of the 9-step process.
