Z1 HDV CS3 capture settings at DVinfo.net

I am using CS3 along with the Matrox RT2 card, but I am unsure of the correct capture setting to select for my new project, it is PAL footage I will be capturing, none of them say 1080, 570 and I thing this is the setting used by the camera.

Does no-one know of these settings or could you send me in the right direction to find out please?
