Hey,

I have a huge project sitting on Premiere elements 3.0

I now own PPCS3. Is there a risk trying to take the project from one program, including all of its settings, dissolves etc. and placing it in the other?

Has anyone ever tried this?

make a copy of the project file and try to open it. That will answer your question.
