creating an m2t file whilst exporting to tape (PP2.0)

Hi, I have been told that PP1.5 has the option of exporting a raw m2t file whilst exporting HD video to tape from a HD timeline..

I cannot find this option in PP2.0. Could somebody tell me if this is possible or if it is a tick box that is created with the installation of a codec (e.g cineform)

in 1.5 the option is called "save transcode file."

thanks

nobody has any ideas...?

I'm basically just trying to get the most out of HDV footage when putting it onto a DVD.. seems a waste to downconvert and burn to an SD DVD...

Any ideas at all even involving different software would be great.

Luke.. on a HDV 50i timeline the only options I get under mpeg are:

MPEG1
MPEG1-VCD
MPEG2
MPEG2-DVD
MPEG2-SVCD

Am I looking in the correct place? The drop down box under mpeg in the encoder?
