Need a controllable blur effect, and a controllable graded black tint filter effect.
For the blur effect I need to control which areas are blurred and which are not, importantly with a gradual transition of blur between blurred and unblurred areas.
Similar thing with the tint - imagine the 'ramp' effect that you can control which areas to fade to black, with a similar gradual transition area between tinted and untinted areas. |

you need a mask, the hardest job will be to get it.
When it is done, almost everything is possible. you do not tell what differentiate what must be blurred from what must be not. |
