XL2 External Monitor for a boom
Any suggestion for a XL2 External Monitor for a boom.
Canon, of coarse won't recommend anything.

Welcome to DV Info Net, George.
Any monitor will do. If you need a small size, consider an LCD TFT monitor such as these packages from VariZoom. You'll have to decide if you need a 4:3 or 16:9 monitor. |

Does the XL-2 do the pulldown before it outputs to the monitor?

If you don't want to spend the big bucks for a LCD monitor, I've been quite happy with a $20 B&W battery operated TV for boom work. Just make sure you find one with "Video In" on it.
