How soon for 3d?

This question is geared at whoever knows the answer...

I noticed that the silicon imaging camera is preparing for the emerging 3d market.

How soon do you think you will have this capability because that is something I would love to use on an indie feature.

As upgrade adding your current version available after Q3 2006?

Or not? Just as new version (in the future) . . . ?

It will be a combination of product, workflow and technology partnerships. The mechanical and architecture details are still being developed. Yes, the core camera electronics should be the same. If you would like to discuss a particular 3D application please contact me directly. We are still seeking input to make sure we nail it right!
