3D Guy on vimeo - Al Caudullo.
Here is a link to a trailer for a 3D documentary shot in Mongolia in 2011. Al is based in Thailand and produces 3D content for web delivery. He was using two EX3s and subsequently moved to I think Panasonic's 3D all-in-one miracle.
If you have the time and a vimeo account, you might like to "like" his trailer within vimeo. He is up for some sort of IMAX competition. Last edited by Bob Hart; January 20th, 2013 at 01:16 AM. Reason: URL wouldn't copy |

Re: 3D Guy on vimeo - Al Caudullo.
I know Al shot with a Panasonic 3DA1, Sony TD10, and a mirror rig (probably the EX's mentioned) out to a NanoFlash 3D recorder for this project. He has a great set of video tutorials on his website and youtube about this project and how he cut it in Edius 6.5 3D.
I have switched to Edius 6.5 from FCP/Cineform Neo 3D as a result of attending one of Al's 3D workshops in LA last year and I'm really glad I switched as Edius is fantastic at cutting any and all 3D formats easily and quickly. Check out his tutorials here; 3DGuy.tv: What I Like About Edius 6.5 |
