We just heard the sad news that Ray Zone died this week at the young age of 65. I only met him for the first time earlier this year and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I read his books years ago (in the recommended reading section of this forum) and I was looking forward to a new book he was talking about writing. He will be missed.

I too am saddened by this news. I was just getting to know him as a fellow member of the SoCal 3D Club, he was always accessible and ready to lend a helping hand or advice when asked.

He will be missed.
