Autostereo Viewer Updates?
I've been pretty happy with the Gadmei PMP P83 3D viewer. I'm in the market for another 3D viewer and thought I'd check in. Haven't found much online. Anyone have a 3D viewer other than the Gadmei that they are happy with?

Re: Autostereo Viewer Updates?
mmm, me too,
Very pleased with my LED Glasses-Free 3D Digital Multimedia Player from DealXtreme (same device as Gadmei except only $130! ) the only missing thing on all these players is HDMI input for MVC, I wonder if there is a licencing issue which makes it prohibitive/expensive to offer this facility? Would be super cool to use one of these for monitoring whilst shooting... Paul :-)

Re: Autostereo Viewer Updates?
I also have the DealXtreme viewer, and am pretty happy with it; haven't yet seen something better.
For field use, I'm experimenting with combining a stereoscopic viewer (like Hasbro's My3D) with a couple of 2.5" LCDs, one for each camera on a SbS rig. If I get it working, I'll give a full report here. |
