So... 3D editing software...
Hey there Folks,
A while back there was a lot of hoopla that Avid would support stereoscopic in all their post applications; but so far nothing seems to have happened. At last we have 3D comping with Nuke and Fusion 6 (soon). Does anyone know where the 3D edit apps are?!? /ben |

Quantel have really been the leaders in stereoscopic post production with 3D support in iQ and the purpose-built "Sid."
As for Avid... they just recently (finally) achieved full HDV support so who knows how long stereoscopic support will take.

Bum.
Come on somebody - release a desktop 3D edit app. There is a gap a mile wide in the market. /b |
