Vegas crashes while trying to generate images in the project media bin...
 

Hello,

Vegas crashes while I am scrolling through my clips in the project media bin. It's like the program can't generate the images of the clips to keep up as I am scrolling down through the bin. Some of the clips are just an outline with no actual picture/image, or there is a delay until the image appears.

I assume that this is a RAM memory issue, but I am running 2 Gigs which I thought would be sufficient. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? This happens with my HDV clips.

I have the same experience Jerry. The crashes have been less frequent since I view my clips from the media manager. Turning the thumbnails off will help more albeit inconvenient...
