Filename on Event Thumbnails
 
Just installed 7.0c and can't remember how to get the Filename to appear on Event Thumbnails.

It's gotta be in Preferences somewhere...

Nope. It's under the VIEW menu now.

you can also right click on the file - in the time line, and scroll down to the bottom, click on properties, and give the file a name that shows up on your timeline - that tells you what the clip is - "dog smiling" "Penelope Cruz blows a kiss" - whatever.
