Use the Sparkle one.
The effect works best if you have a bright light(s) in the frame.
You'll have to liaise with the club to see how they are going to light the acts, but thety usually have some sort of backlight I would have thought.

The club has no lights there, Im bringing my own, but what am asking is to get a similiar effect to what you did in your photo how do0 I do this, just put a light behind the rapper im videoing? As I also want to get a blue line straight at the bottom too like in real music videos if you know what I mean.

You'll have to place a lamp somewhere in the background.
Glint will kick off any bright light source in the frame, so if you need one at the bottom, you'll have to place another light source there as well.
With this plugin , you can't choose where the flare will be unfortunately, but at least we've saved you some cash!

You can cheat this if you need to. A bright light source is a blown out area on video or an area with a lot of white. You can cheat this by CAREFULLY creating white spots in Photoshop on a transparent background and dropping them over your footage then applying the glint to the photo shop track. I worked on a play a couple of years ago that used glitter in a Peter Pan style effect of throwing it into the air as "pixie dust" it played out ok on the stage but on video it had no pop and was barely visible at all. Using the approach above and the glint filter I made the pixie dust out of thin air and in the video it worked really well.

Best practice is light it from behind. If you are already in post you can create psuedo- lights using a transparent background psd or png file...
