Render as what? Vegas 8
 
I've got 24p footage from a JVC HD100 (SD) and 24f footage (HDV) from a Canon HV30.
Would anyone know a render option (for dvd) that would work best. Mpeg-2 worked
and the preview looked fine but once on a tv the hv30 had an odd haze and flicker to it.
