Setting fade length on video events...
 

I asked this question along with another several days ago, but it was a tack on and may have got lost.

When editing a recent project, I don't know how it came about but when putting a fade on a video event, fades were set to 1 sec and the fade would snap to the one sec mark and show a vertical highlighted line - in this case blue - when it did so (like the normal fantastic standard snapping feature since v7). I would like the same to happen in my present project but can't for the life of me see how to set it up. Does anyone know how it is done?
