Video master track- timeline not synchronizing
Hi!
I want to make a music video and need to vary the output (master) effect, but the cursor of the effects timeline is not moving. The sync button is on, but nothing is happening. Is this a bug or do i miss something? thx |
in the FX box on the bottom (the timeline) there is a small icon to the left-click that ON and that should take care of you. That locks the cursor on the master timeline to the cursor in the FX box.

Thanks don, but that button IS on and the cursor is not moving.
When I press Enter and enter again (play/pause) then the cursor on the effects screen is updated. But it is not moving as on track effects. This is a problem, If you want to manipulate parameters in realtime. |
Finally I know the answer: The cursor only moves on track effects.
So if you want to add keyframes while the movie plays back you have to use parent-child bindings. |
I forgot all about that. DoH!
