Vegas Pro 8 and EX1,dvd render settings. (PAL)

Ok so i've got my EX1 footage edited and ready for rendering,what's the best template to use,or should i make my own ?
Can someone tell me what i should have when i go along all the tabs at the bottom of the template.I'll be downcoverting to SD,then burning to DVD,in Pal.
I'm using vegas pro 8 and dvd architect 4.5.
