Video Contracts ???
 

Hi guys,

Need some fresh ideas for my contract - my main concerns are : production and editorial control, whai if a certain segment is either unrecorded or partially recorded ( and not on the wish list, too) ? ,who's the copyright helder of the recorded images and the right to use them in promotional purposes , invasion of privacy (guests)- do you have a consent form (you know they agree to be filmed blah ..blah.. blah)
