Font Suggestions
One of the things I'm finding hard to pin down is a nice font to use for titles.
Would anyone be able to kindly recommend any? Thanks |

Re: Font Suggestions
It doesn't work that way. Your choice of font generally is part of your overall production design. For example, use a Star Wars font for star wars. Unless you just fall in love with a particular typeface and decide to use it all the time regardless, like Woody Allen's use of Windsor, in which case it's up to you. I'd suggest reading up on some basic typography principles.

Re: Font Suggestions
Roboto is free and is a nice sans-serify font with a ton of options.
Find one script font to use. Find one serif font to use when you need to. Stick to those three. |

Re: Font Suggestions
I have always use Monotype Corsiva for all my wedding stuff ..DVD's , DVD covers and intro titles ....I liked it ages ago and my brides seem to like it too. Been using it ever since I went digital which was a LONG time ago!!
I wonder if anyone has come up with a Wedding Video Font or a Bridal Font??? No bride for many years back has ever complained about my titles and they seemed to like them ..I did make the mistake of trying a simple Verdana Bold on one DVD and if definitely didn't go down very well ...I would say they tend to like something elegant rather than practical. However that's just weddings ..I still use an Arial or Verdana if I'm doing commercial titles!! |
