When my 2 buddies and I started filming weddings around 2000, one of them worked at a sign shop that had this fancy laser cutter. He designed this box and after hours, he would get some wood pieces (I don't recall what it was, it was kind of thin walled though) and use the laser to cut out the pieces. He would then glue them toegether. The lid had a flowery/swirly design with the couples name in the middle. It was really neat. Couples loved it. Then he got a different day job working in an office at a different company and so we couldn't use the laser cutter thing anymore. LOL

After that, it was straight up delivery in DVD cases and that was it.

Oh, we also use to do the follow up letter, but stopped doing that several years ago as well.

As someone mentioned above, I also always try to hand deliver, and that's about the extent of it in terms of final delivery for me.
