If you need the angle in Edius I would just apply the miror filter and have him look the opposite direction.

it just looks odd to have the speaker look the other way - if he were walking around, or you had camera motion to re-orient the viewer, that would be one thing, but the other three angles feel like "audience" shots, then suddenly, you have a "backstage" angle. It's also more of a profile than the other three "face" shots, so it's jarring.
