My first Bridal Show

I have my first bridal show coming up next month. I would like to get some advice on how my presentation should be like. I first have a question, I am planning to show a few clips on a display monitor. For those that do the same thing, do you also include sound in your presentation, and if so, what speakers do you use. I am planning on handing out sample DVDs, business cards, and brochures. Anything else I should do?

3 to 4 minute HD sample video set to music. TV speakers are fine. Don't blare it. Just turn it up enough to barely hear it. You're going to have booths around you so you can't play anything too loud. Sample DVD's are good as is the brochures. Give something away in a drawing so you can get brides to sign up and give you their info. I wouldn't worry about the business cards. Just make sure your website and contact info is on the brochures and DVD's. Have a candy dish set out with little Reese Cups. It draws them in so you can talk and sell to them.

Good luck and gave fun.

Big screen! - I'm using 2 10" monitors and I want something HUGE to attract attention. Sound is a pain there's that much going on it's hard to hear - I'm going to take some headphones next time.

Some people have an expo special but that's a discount and is a dumb road to go down - I offer extra DVD copies to anyone who writes their email & date of the wedding on a card - that way I've got something to follow up.

You've got to get out there and sell yourself, not easy but it's competative
