I don't think I've ever shared the style and layout of our credits. I do these for most of the weddings and just include the main bridal party....just something different.

Music obviously varies a lot but this wedding was about as country as you could get and all took place on a farm. That IS a combine in the background of some of the credits and the backdrop for most of their pictures that day :-) I've gotten a bit bored with the regular video for these so for this one I decided to throw on some film effects. I'm still playing with it a bit for their final video but here's the latest version.

I did this for once of my recent weddings and was amazed how much work it took.

General question for the audience:
Do you all include credits for every wedding?

It definitely does take some time. I think the first time I laid out the concept it took me about 7 hours to do it all. I've since streamlined that and we make sure to single out all of the wedding party during the day those shots now. Easier to put it together later on! I can throw it together in 1- 1.5 hours now.

Nice job. Have you ever experimented with getting shots of the wedding party from different times during the day? I think that would make it even more interesting.

Yes! Actually it usually is mixed up a little more. Usually we can pull stuff from beginning to end but all of the good shots for this one were before the ceremony. The reception was in a barn and very dark so I didn't want to use those from this particular wedding. I just liked this one because I liked the effects and color that I applied. We do get a pretty good mix of shots since we do this for every wedding now. I'll keep that in mind though and try to make sure I am using shots from throughout the day as we do more.

I do, but they get plain white text on black background unless they order my cinematic ending credits. It is just too much work for me to come up with a complete unique ending credits for every movie.

We charge extra for credits simply because of the amount of time involved. Only end up doing it once or twice a year...

A small suggestion would be to have a slight rotate to the polaroid as you zoom out. Makes it more organic

Thanks for the suggestion! I did that on the first one or two that I ever did, but I think I just got lazy and to speed up the workflow, left out having to go in and rotate each one. This would be a good one for that though and maybe I'll switch it up! Thanks for checking it out!
