Re: Save the Date video...
Hey Don,
You hold a great record of checking out others work and always being apart of any conversation :-) We are lucky to have you on this board. I have a small collection of 5 or 6 cameras. The two in the video are my personal favorite. The oldest of the two was a camera that my Grandpa bought when he first immigrated to the US back in the early 50's. Hey Art, Yep, Twixtor.... Love that plugin. thanks for checking it out. |
Re: Save the Date video...
Thanks for the kind words. I really don't watch as many clips as I used to but I've always enjoyed watching your stuff.
Somewhere around my place I've got a bunch of old cameras I collected over the years including a Brownie Box which used 127 film and an old bellows folding camera which uses 620 film. Good luck finding any of that. AAMOF I wasn't even able to find that stuff after about 1975 or 80. Heck today you can't even find TriX in 35mm form, sniff sniff, that was my favorite B&W film back in the day. Oh well, slip in a 2gig card now and off to the races! ;-) |

Re: Save the Date video...
Hey Don,
I'm one who got into this during the digital era. I have to Canon 814 super 8's that I've had the pleasure of running some film through. I love shooting on film, you have to "know" the camera, "know" the film... It's a bit of a pain, but when you nail it, what a feeling. I have nothing but respect for those who started in the days of film. Hey Kren, It was my concept... I've been wanting to do this for a while and finally found a couple who was willing to put in the work. |
