And there's nothing to say that an article on their recommended encoding settings is still correct. In the early days of streaming through YouTube I would happily send a stream to YT at 10 Mbit/sec but these days they will simply drop the connection if I try to do that, so a 5 Mbit/sec encoded outbound stream it is.
I must say that I'm very impressed with the encoding quality of Rumble, even if it has some bitrate quirks for long videos. It's a great alternative to Vimeo and has its own healthy ecosystem.
