Small HD DP1X has lost its mind: how to reset?
 

My DP1X has stopped responding properly to the buttons.
The buttons still operate, but they don't respond as they should to the button presses.
The manual tells me how to reset using the buttons, but as the buttons don't work properly I am not able to get into the correct menu.
Anyone know if there's a hardware reset somewhere?

Thanks Reed, have done that but was hoping someone here had an idea as your support team is on holiday and I would love to get this going again today.
