Calibrate HP Dreamcolor
 
Is it possible to accurately calibrate an HP Dreamcolor for video using only color bars, just like a traditional production monitor, without using the optional hardware colorimeter? Does the Dreamcolor have a blue only mode? I don't recall it being mentioned in any of the discussions/articles I've read.

No.

If I recall, the calibrator is only another $300 or so.
