Chris,
A nice video, both the picture and sound go well together, just 2 points worth considering. Firstly, the opening shot, is it possible to deinterlace that shot, the gulls wings dont look nice and secondly, I most probably would have had a longer dissolve between the last 2 sunset shots. Just my thoughts on a nice video Bob |
Chris,
A lot of fine compositions, One clip seemed to beg for a little color correction but all in all very nicely done!!!! thankyou for sharing. |
Bob, you just made me realize how far I have to go as a filmmaker. What exactly was wrong with the gull wings? And what would deinterlacing do? I can see now I need to post some of my footage. Only I'm worried the server might crash from too many correction type comments.

I downloaded VLC media player and it does a better job with interlaced footage once "blend" de-interlace is selected. I normally use Media Player Classic which is also a great free media player. Both are superior to the windows player.

Chris, I finally managed to download the footage; very nice, I'll second what have been said by the others.
By the way: did you use any protection for the camcorder when filming near the sea? |
