dimensions of Bogen 501 503 plates long and standard?

Can someone measure their camera plates for me? Interested in the width and lenght. Appreciate the help!

The standard plate is pretty close to 3 3/8" x 2".

Hi Jacob

The 501Plong which fits the 501 and 503 head is 5.5 inches (140mm) long.
