What's a good set of sticks for a Bogen/Man. 501/503 head?
 

Of course I want 3283 sticks, but those are a bit expensive... I currently have a 3021s.

Any ideas? want to spend less than US$250 on the legs.

Ive got the 3181 - $236 on B&H

Does that 3181 come with the necessary parts to mount the 501 head to the ball leveler? Also, do you have a spreader for it?

Don't have a spreader.....

I bought the 501/3181 as a set from B&H not seperate. The came in their own seperate boxes and I think the connection piece came with the head and not the sticks.
