Legs for Miller F head
 

Hi,

I have a miller F head in great shape, but the legs are about to have problems.
Can any one recommend a set of legs with a 75mm(I think?) bowl.

The legs could be lightweight and under $ 400 with a spreader. The usual camera will be a PD150 or a HD100 or a Sony Z1. All rather light cameras.
The next doc may require hiking short distances with the triopod
