Portabrace TLQ 39 XT tripod bag

I have been using many bags to carry my Sachtler ENG 100 HD 2 CF tripod and Oconnor 1030 HDs fluid head. However, I feel it is important to have one bag where the tripod and fluid head combo can be directly carried. So I am looking for a bag that is about 38 inch or so long and well padded. Look forward to your comments. How do you carry your heavy tripod and fluid head?
