501/3245 quick release heads?
 

I have the Bogen 501 head for our tripod and a Bogen 3245 monopod with the 3229 swivel tilt with quick release plate. The problem with this is that I have to swap the different plates under the camera when I go from tripod to monopod.

Is there one quick release mounting plate that would work for the 3245 and the 501 head? Or, is there a 3245 head that uses the 501's quick release plate?

Good question. I just bought a monopod, and could not find a suitable match. 501 is just a heavy duty solution, and monopod is not. But I hope someone posts a better answer.
