Getting 7d video onto ipod touch 4g
 

So finished my little industrial film, trying to get it on my ipod touch 4g in 1080 format, have gone through all the flavors in the ipod settings in MPEG Streamclip, but still end up with a scrunched-up (ie squeezed from both sides, making everything look comically tall and narrow) result. Looked around through the settings for itunes and on the ipod, don't see anything that's set wrong. Any ideas out there?
