Need Some Tech Advice, VGA/composite/S-video converted to VGA
 

I have a projector that I'd like to display VGA (default), composite and S-video signals but the cavaet is I don't want to switch the projector everytime I have a different video source. There are converters out there that will convert all those signals to one VGA output that can constantly feed to the projector and switch in the booth where I handle all the video feeds. For example I have these 3 I'm looking at.

* I especially like this one as it upconverts the video to the XGA (1024x768) that the projectors use and would utilize the whole screen. I do question why the bottom two are in the 100+/- range while the other is $349, any ideas?

Anyone have any opinions on these or if you've seen a better, known to be reliable option. Budget is probably up to $600-$700 or so.

Also I'd really like to see a converter with the capability of more than one of each input for future expansion.

I would indeed upconvert to VGA or even better DVI if such a
device exists and your projector can handle that.

Was also thinking about those AV receivers (I have one) that
can switch different input signals to one output, however I'm
not sure those exist with a VGA connection though (or DVI).
Such a system here routes my audio and video at the same
time, which is a great way to go about things.
