What FP would be required for film look on a Panasonic HD AVCCAM

I have just borrowed a Panasonic AVCCAM HD, these babies are awsome! I have these settings on it and want to get that film look what should frames should i record at and then use in after effects?

PH 1080/25P
PH 720/50P
PH 720/25P
HA 1080/50i
HG 1080/50i
HE 1080/50i
