True Blood introduction.

The HBO series, "True Blood" has one of the best (in my opinion) introductions, syncs and editing I have seen in some time.

I was wondering (being a XH A1 user), how one would be able to manipulate any portions of that intro. In addition, the hi-speed sequences.

Any ever seen the intro. to this HBO series?

I have no input, but I have to agree, yes, that intro is freakin' SWEET! Say what you will about the show, but the intro is incredible.

As for the look. . .analyze the lighting, imitate, leave the fine color/contrast work to post?

I really can't get over the introduction -- the footage rules just much as the editing.

I'm glad someone else agrees with me.

True Blood

Hi there,

The Art of the Title Sequence has some info on the intro sequence. And there's a detailed write-up in
a recent issue of ASC. December or November 2008, I think.

If I remember correctly it was shot on Super 16.
