Registered trade marks in the background of street location shots
 

I have a couple of street location shots in a documentary that I'm currently editing, and I'm wondering whether I need to blur out any registered trade marks incidentally included. As it happens, both location shots incidentally show the Disney logo (no I don't have a thing about Disney). One location shot in a small Arkansas town includes a banner that advertises a local production of Disney's "High School Musical" (it has a small Disney logo and the words "High School Musical" look stylized) and the other location shot is on Hollywood Blvd, and the Disney Store front is visible. Any ideas?
