FS5M2 Out to Atomos ninja v+ problem
 

output HDMI form FS5M2 to Atomos ninja V+ and Atomos screen goes blank.
output HDMI from A7s2 to Atomos and start rec button synced and everything viewable and working great.
Hmmm.
I missing something here?

Forgot to mention it only goes blank when you push the SF5M2 camera recording button.
So, no record trigger start here with visuals.

I've seen this before with the FS5 and A7s. Just try switching between the "HDMI Mode" settings. When you do this, you often have to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI to get it triggered to get the correct connection mode. There are three modes: HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0 and Compatibility Mode. Thanks for your input...went through every configuration several times with HDMI cable in cable out ....unfortunately the Ninja V+ recorder was still flying blind when record was pushed.
THEN, I messed with the camera menu and disconnected the SDI and HDMI out then reconnected it and it worked.
Small miracles.
