CBK-dv01 installation for the PMW-350

Hello everyone,

Has anyone installed a CBK-dv01 board into his PMW-350 camcorder? How was it? Also, was it worth it?

I am looking for some guidance because I am unsatisfied with the quality of the down converted SD video.
