No. It's not that simple. The header is different from MXF to MOV. The renaming can,t work.

Need other options... anyone?

FFMPEG can do this. You can also find a GUI for it in case the command line interface is too cumbersome.

Thanks Chris. I just found another command line tool that does exactly that too, FFMBC. Works great!
