"Creepy" was the general intention.

Creepy. Reminded me a little of Tideland. I'm kind of neutral on the unusual colors. But the bouncing focus effect (and shakey cam to a lesser extent) was over-used and made me want to see the movie less. I also get the feeling it should probably be shorter.

One other thing. The unnatural colors stop on the shot at :35-:37 and resume for the remainder of the trailer.

Not quite that simple.

They're through the entire piece at different levels.

The shot of the guy with the hat is more reality-based, whereas the other locations are fantasy realms.
