Cannot Copy A Clip in XDCAM EX Clip Broswer

I am trying to import a clip using XDCAM EX Clip Browser but am receiving an error message that reads: Failed to copy the clip. Reason: 102_3696U01 has a sub folder. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix this?
