Shoulder Mount?

Can anyone recommend a solid Shoulder Mount for the EX1? I have a bunch of events coming up that I need to go hand held for and I need a good Shoulder Mount.

I have been looking at this, but It does not specify a weight limit so I am hesitant to buy it.
