can this device be used with Sony SBAC-US10 card reader in the field instead of a laptop??? I mean to back up SxS cards

I very much doubt it. Without an SxS driver it won't recognize the cards. I've tried similar devices with no success.

you just can't shoot at the same time as you have to use the camera's USB to dump the footage.
