Things That Move: an 100% HDV made TV series!
http://www.historytelevision.ca/tv/s...itle_88995.asp
It's on History Channel Canada and I instantly noticed that it was HDV when I saw the rough tripod movements and the image was almost 960x540 quality. I also assumed that they used an HD10 for some mobile shots and a Z1 for the safer environment shots. Anyone else seen this 100% HDV made show? |
I haven't seen this show but I noticed that the Wings Over Canada show that's on weeklty is shot with a Z1. The footage looks great.

HDV for TV
Most of that was shot with a PS Teknik Mini-35 adaptor.
It's all union crew. |
Confirmed!
http://www.primitive.net/things_season1.html And the second season has started filming! Anyone in the Toronto better keep an eye out for a Z1. http://www.primitive.net/things_season2.html |
About the earlier comment about using a H10, Maybe instead they used Cineframe 30 on the Z1. Imagine someone taking a Z1 up a rollar coaster in Cineframe 30 and HDV mode!
