wide angle 0737y has scratch repair or not?

A few weeks ago I lost the lens cap of the lens and the inevitable had to happened, a scratch in the middle of the front element. I cannot no more use the lens because it does horrible(square) flair. Do you think I should search for a new lens or send to repair?, do you know how much it can cost?
