A7s II can't adjust audio levels - please help - shoot tomorrow!
 

I don't want to appear thick but is something wrong with my camera? It's a new A7s II and I can only set manual record levels in movie mode, it won't let me do it in manual mode - on my old A7s I used manual mode all the time. So now I've set the mode dial to movie mode and I cannot change shutter speed or aperture - what am I missing and why can't I control audio levels in manual mode? seems crazy!

OK so it seems movie mode only lets you control ISO and AE Shift and aperture controls itself - this is not what I want but it says cannot operate audio level control in manual mode - what gives?

Solved - go into movie/hfr and select manual
